Roman Moser was a big success for Lakeland at the British Fly Fair International 2007, tying many flies using the Moser Ghost Fibre. This is a polypropylene material that does not absorb water. This material can be pulled out of the hank lengthwise, when doing this it helps to produce a natural taper. The fibres are about 10cm long and can be used for streamer wings, bait fish, caddis and dry fly wings. Why not try cutting Ghost fibre into short lengths and produce your own water repellent dubbing mixes.
